Terms of Sale
Our terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases and sales.
Finalized purchase means acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale.
Receipt of products – Loss of products
All orders must be inspected within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
All claims including but not limited to lost or missing items, wrong quantity of items, damaged or broken items, items received in error, etc. must be reported to email@example.com within 72 hours.
Returns and Exchanges
All products can be returned within 30 days of invoice date. Products need to be in the same condition as sold, otherwise a return and refund cannot be accepted. Restocking fee is 10% of the sales price and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
All returned product needs to be returned with a return authorization form. To obtain a form, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
No returns can be accepted and no refunds issued without this return authorization form.
STERI-APPS is not responsible for lost items that were returned without this form.
Custom items cannot be returned.
All STERI-APPS Trolleys, Toolboxes and Hand Tools carry a lifetime warranty against any material and manufacturing defects.
Not warranted are defects resulting out of non-appropriate use, misuse or abuse. (For example Pliers used as a Hammer etc).
Not warranted is normal wear and tear of products. Not warranted is the periodic maintenance after a certain time of use for some products,
like recalibration of Torque Wrenches, etc.
All products are first quality. If a product does not meet the specifications stated on our website please contact us immediately and we will provide a return authorization. Products will go through in-house quality control to determine a refund or exchange of product and shipping cost.
Returns due to material or manufacturing defects will be accepted and replaced or refunded free of charge.
